SSC Benelux
That SCHERDEL is clearly on the
right track in Europe is also indicated
by the increasing importance of the
SSC Benelux under the management of
company partner Claudia Semeria. The
service, consultancy and advice activi-
ties for Belgium, the Netherlands and
Luxemburg, in particular, can be found
underneath one international roof in the
Belgian capital. As a freelance employ-
ee, Claudia Semeria provides cus-
tomers with a comprehensive and ex-
pert local service. Making full use of her
extensive language skills, she supports
ongoing large-scale deliveries and stim-
ulates innovations for new develop-
ments. The Benelux region is home to
the key European purchasing and de-
velopment hubs of leading global car
builders and suppliers which now enjoy
more effective and efficient service
thanks to the SSC Benelux. It is hoped
that developing and cultivating partner-
ships with these customers will lead to
new market opportunities in the future.
By working in close cooperation with
product development specialists at vari-
ous SCHERDEL plants, Claudia Seme-
ria has direct access to expert and reli-
able advice whenever it is needed. This
means customers receive support and
guidance from an early stage prior to
the actual production of components
and parts. The SSC Benelux additional-
ly establishes relations with leading Eu-
ropean institutions, analyses the poten-
tial of markets, such as electromobility
and medical engineering, and gives the
SCHERDELGroup a friendly, accessi-
